Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and several other countries in Europe. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Pack Tide Kit aim to process all orders placed before 11pm on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Our standard shipping usually takes about 5-7 days to deliver orders. Once the order is processed, you will receive your tracking link via email, and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

We process order from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email contact@packtidekit.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
